CAN I WORK AT MY OWN PACE?

Yes. We’ve made the course flexible, and have given you the ability to work at your own pace on your own schedule. You can log on and off the program any time you would like and you can take as much time as you need to read the course materials and proceed at a pace that works for you. The course is available 24/7.

IS THIS COURSE STATE APPROVED?

Yes! Our course is state-approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) and approved by all courts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?

The course is 12-hours. You can work at your own pace and log on and off the program anytime. The course cannot be completed in less than 12 hours since the program has a timer built into each chapter. You will be required to take a mandatory 24-Hour break after you complete Day 1. This mandatory 24 hour break is required by the DHSMV.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION?

After you complete the course your certificate will be sent via the delivery method you selected when you registered for the course. If you chose Regular Mail, .we will send your certificate the same business day (if you complete before 2pm EST) and it should only take 3-5 business days. If you chose digital download, your certificate will be available for immediate download after you complete the course!

HOW CAN I GET MY CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT?

In order for you to get your certificate of enrollment, you have to log into the account and complete the registration questions for the course. Once you are done with the registration and security questions, you have to go back into the dashboard to where you see the course name and picture. There, you will see three dots. If you click on them, you will be able to download your verification of enrollment.

¿PUEDO TRABAJAR A MI PROPIO RITMO?

Sí. Hemos hecho el curso flexible y le hemos dado la capacidad de trabajar a su propio ritmo en su propio horario. Puede iniciar y cerrar sesión en el programa en cualquier momento que desee y puede tomar el tiempo que necesite para leer los materiales del curso y proceder a un ritmo que funcione para usted. El curso está disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.

¿DÓNDE ESTÁ MI CERTIFICADO DE INSCRIPCIÓN?

Para poder descargar su certificado de inscripción, debe primero comenzar el curso y completar las preguntas de registración que el mismo le va a hacer. Una vez complete esas preguntas, vaya a su tablero donde aparece el nombre del curso y ahí va a ver tres puntos. Si hace clic en esos tres puntos, va a tener la opción de descargar su certificado de inscripción.

¿QUÉ HAGO CON MI CERTIFICADO DE INSCRIPCIÓN?

Dependiendo de el caso, es posible que pueda proporcionar su certificado de inscripción para mostrar una prueba al inscribirse en el curso de ADI con el fin de solicitar su licencia de dificultades o impedir la suspensión de su licencia.

¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO ME LLEVARÁ PARA COMPLETAR ESTE CURSO?

El curso es de 12 horas. Puede trabajar a su propio ritmo e iniciar y cerrar sesión en el programa en cualquier momento. El curso no se puede completar en menos de 12 horas ya que el programa tiene un reloj integrado en cada capítulo. Se le pedirá que tome un descanso obligatorio de 24 horas después de completar el capítulo 1 (Día 1). Este descanso de 24 horas es requerido por el DHSMV.

¿ESTE CURSO ES APROBADO POR EL ESTADO?

¡Sí! Nuestro curso está aprobado por el estado por el Departamento de Seguridad de Carreteras y Vehículos Motorizados de Florida (DHSMV) y aprobado por todos los tribunales y cortes.

¿CUANDO RECIBIRÉ MI CERTIFICADO DE TERMINACIÓN QUE HE TERMINADO EL CURSO?

Después de completar el curso, su certificado va ser enviado a través del método de entrega que seleccionó cuando se registró en el curso. Si eligó correo regular, le enviaremos su certificado el mismo día (si lo completa antes de las 14:00 EST) y solo debe tardarle en llegar de 3 a 5 días laborables. Si elige la descarga digital, su certificado estará disponible para su descarga inmediata después de completar el curso.
